Any updates on the ACACIA litigation?

I got a letter to. I sent them an email and told them i dont have video and they are causing me mental anguish with thier threats of a lawsuit, and I advised them to stop.

We are still litigating and the mainstream has been added to the mix as well. As always, I advise talking to an attorney for help deciding what is best for your business. However, you might also want to send them a letter asking what part of their patent you allegedly infringe since the Judge asked our group to move for summary judgement of invalidity on the majority of their claims.

I still haven't recived a second letter..They must have updated their lists because the first letter I recived they sent me a letter for a domain that had never had a website on it. So I called them about it to see how I was violating their patent by a url that was a 404.. lol and they didn't have a clue as what to say..

I guess they were covering the just incases. So maybe they have a opt out section on their spam list.. :1orglaugh That or I just haven't gotten a second letter.

You have a point. Anyway, the letter was pretty scummy (as if we can expected otherwise?) "please be advised that we will be raising our license fees... blah blah blah We intend to go after non-licensees after we win this litigation blah blah blah" :mad:

Just got my 2nd letter today. And like you no videos on the site mentioned. I feel like calling this Karlton Butts guy and telling him where he can stick his annual extortion-gram.
