banning entire countries
 

how do you ban an entire country? no offense to the ruskies, but they're a royal pain in my fucking ass. does anyone have a set of IP ranges to ban the former soviet union?

there are some geo ip scripts which allow you to do this. dont ask me which ones.

Install this (the paid version is better though)

and add this to your .htaccess file:

GeoIPEnable On
GeoIPDBFile /path/to/GeoIP.dat

RewriteEngine on
RewriteCond %{ENV:GEOIP_COUNTRY_CODE} ^RU$
RewriteRule ^(.*)$ http://www.dialerhell.com [L]

Why would you ban them?

Just redirect 'em to PasswordByPhone and be happy about the extra $$$ :thumbsup
