IN fact, Miss and Lousiana are at 60% and 65% of guard.

Lousiana has near 7k deployed.

what did the pres call from other states? 7k of national guard, go figure why

It's a joke, but it's something people will pass around, and make them aware of the problem; the original maker should have put a message stating where they can donate or to contact their local politicians and bitch them out for the idea of "what if you lived there?"
