...so I can always count on motherfuckin few-days waiting till I'll receive response from epassporte.

12 hours ago I sent them email to customer support about my Personal Visa being eaten by one ATM (I typed wrong pin code for 3 times, nevermind, this is what happens when you have 5 credit cards with different pins) and still no response from them. Well I won't call them to 'toll free phone service' coz I'm in Poland and this ain't toll free, it is motherfuckin expensive as hell.

fuck that this is high-priority case, fuck everything, epassporte is epassporte.

why do you need to call Epass ?

go to the bank who's ATM has eaten your card and get it back.

and if u dont like it dont use epass. ur right they should of get back to u but still..
get a grip. and if im not mistaken there are few epass reps on this board also , use it.

Yes I have another 12 hours, yes this is high priority and it should be answered a lot earlier and resolved, and yes this happens in epassporte all the time, their email support simply is slow. I am not fuckin bitching without a reason.

in fact eP can't do anything about it. probably visiting the bank on Monday would be the best (and the only) choice.

This is the answer, It is the easiest way by far.
Thats what I would have done before calling Epassporte Support.

I don't know if it possible anymore but in the beginning you could choose your own text on the epassporte card.

I just hope my card hasn't been cut and destroyed. I've heard about situations when ATM automaticly cuts cc asap in some situations...

I don't know why you would be upset about it. I've had numerous of my credit holders and banks give me a ring if my card is being used in another state for strange purchases, or if the pin was entered invalid multiple times. It makes me happy every time they do it too.
