Weird, it was sent in Feb 2005. Did you just receive a notification this week? Looks like an application that was never confirmed and was automatically terminated this week when our staff went back and cleared out all Non Confirmed accounts. Not 100% sure but that may be what happened.

thats weird i just got the email yesterday and it kind of suprised me since i have not signed up for any programs with that email since probably the begining of the year.
