Bush is the best President to date!

Don't try and argue with me about it either. I know he hasn't done anything positive since he became president, is dumber than a box of rocks and is turning this country into a profit buffet for his oil and other coporate buddies, but hey, he is still the best president we have ever had.

If you don't agree it's because your just some liberal with an IQ that thinks your special because everything you have said the past several years is true, I mean, you think it's true. Yeah, but your wrong losers!!!

I'm sure everybody in this biz liked Clinton better!

DaddyHalbucks 09-03-2005 07:27 PM

People blame GWB for not foreseeing the New Orleans disaster, but they also blame him for foreseeing the radical change in the nature of warfare and the grave damage that terrorists and lawless regimes can cause to their own people and to the US. Typical liberal pretzel logic.

GWB is a hero to me. I admire him.

Clinton sold out to China. Well you're seeing the Bush legacy unfold over the hurricane. A contest on who did worse.

How did he foresee terrorism? are you joking? 9/11?

No joke. 9/11 made Bush realize that the nature of warfare had changed, and Bush radically departed from previous strategy. The US is now much more pro-active and pre-emptive.

In today's world, the right technology in the wrong hands allows a small group of terrorists to obliterate a US city. Bush makes that scenario less likely by fighting the SOURCE of that terrorism, lawless foreign regimes such as Iraq, which previously tried to assasinate US President George H. W. Bush.

Clinton had plenty of clues, such as the US embassy bombings, but he never acted.

Dear deaf dumb and blind,

Local authorities and the Corps of Engineers had war-gamed hurricane scenarios and issued repeated warnings about the vulnerability of the levees. Their pleas were turned down and funding cut instead. Does Limbaugh not mention this?

As far as foreseeing 9/11, two years before the Sept. 11 attacks, an analysis prepared for U.S. intelligence warned that Osama bin Laden's terrorists could hijack an airliner and fly it into government buildings like the Pentagon. Yet the Bush administration has asserted that no one in government had envisioned a suicide hijacking before it happened.

Nice hero you have :1orglaugh

Nice to have ya on board St Tristan! :1orglaugh

I'm slow and still learning, but it's clear he is the best president, loved and praised by other nations and elected, not once, but twice, because of his leadership abilities and his concern for those who elected him.
