There are lots of people doing good things. I have found that putting your money where your mouth is, is generally much better than simply flexing your fingers and flapping your jaw on an internet board.

It doesn't matter which end of the political spectrum you are on...when there is a fire, everyone should be a fireman.

I have been blogging Katrina since Sunday, and 50% of the adsense revenues generated, as well as 50% of all iTunes music downloads are going to The American Red Cross Hurricane Relief Effort

My donation is at just under 1K ($974.20) so far! For as long as people keep hitting the site, I will keep donating!

If you have a blog or website relevant to Hurricane Katrina News, please email me at webmaster |AT| hurricane-katrina.com to exchange links.

As SEO and internet experts, let's all do our part to get the news to the people that will make a difference. No American citizen deserves to endure this, and Boy George has once again shown his incompetance in getting the aid to those in need in a timely matter ...

The only way we are going to end this, is through the private sector and organized charities. Be sure to donate whatever you can to the Red Cross, or the Salvation Army. These are the people in the front lines trying to get help to those who so desparately need it -- even $1 -- if that is all you can afford, you will feel good knowing it will be put towards making a difference.

Adult webmasters have banded together many times in the past to help one of our own, or somebody in need ... We are needed to do it again now! This madness needs to stop!
