If everyone actually acted like human beings and didn't loot everything in sight, the struggle for food and water might not have got to the stage it was at, as there might have been enough to last untill the new supplies arrived.

Everyone, huh? The 20k plus in the Superdome, those in the hospitals, they were all out causing mayhem, right?

There should have been better preparation before hand and even when that didn't happen, it shouldn't have taken until day 5 for a convoy to get in there.

not one person who has voted in that poll, has any clue what the president has done to deal with the disaster, and not one person who voted in that poll has even the slightest clue what needs done in such a situation, nor do they have the slightest clue what options are available. so funny to watch those sheep, and you sheep in general, twist things to fit what you want to believe.
