Epassporte problem
I applied to open an epassporte account 2 weeks ago and filled out all the forms. All that was left is step 3 - verify pending cc charge to verify your cc. The problem is that there was no pending charge visible on my visa so I couldn't enter that ammount.
I've tried to e-mail epassporte about the problem but they responded that they only communicate with customers if the mail is sent form @epassporte.com address. How am I supposed to mail them since I can't login into my account. Is anyone from epass around and is able to help me? thanks guys |

You can still log into your account even if your CC is not verified as far as I know.
Edit: In fact you need to log in to verify your account. Call your CC company and ask them the amount, thats how I found it. |

some companies reject the charge or just del it, its like 12 cents or 65 cents, call your cc provider ask them bout the charge and let them tell you how many DOLLAR cents it was
