I did some reading. There are two sections of New Orleans. The small white wealthy part where Mardi Gras takes place and the large poor part where most blacks live and make less than $10k per year.

Im just asking a fair question, racism is for morons, I don't have time for that...
(But when I see those pictures I have to ask my self that question)
