I called FedEx yesterday. Hurricane Katrina screwed up their delivery system. Very long delays. We expected an overnight package here 3 days ago.

did you click it? if fed ex has a hub anywhere near that mess, you'll be lucky to get your package in 4 days instead of 2.

It's even more than just the damaged areas. We have a package in Indianapolis waiting to be routed through Memphis to come to Ohio. It has been there a few days. Their whole system must be disrupted.
