Gas does not last very long.
You would have to store it in a very special way to keep it potable.
For example, platic containers allow important parts of the chemicals to vent
through the microscopic holes in the plastic particle mesh.... so the gas goes "stale".

you could buy a lot of gas at a few grand and make a SHITLOAD of napalm and go fuck up a lot of stuff...

It would cost you more for the fucking permits and equipment you need to store that much than youd ever in a million years get any kind of RTI on.
