the show was banana's this year, hosted by none other than diddy!
amazing performances this year man just awesome!!! :D

one of the best moments of the show was when Diddy and Snoop Dogg were making peace at the event as part of a special tribute to the late great BIG. Diddy donned a conductor's jacket and pretended to lead an orchestra through a new biggie remix as the man (rip) appeared larger than life on video screens behind him... :mrgreen: and biggie's mother Voletta Wallace, was in the audience for the tribute that was truly amazing man....http://www.gofuckyourself.com/images...w3/bowdown.gif

of course my fav part of course was when fat joe said "I feel so safe tonight with all this police protection, courtesy of G-Unit," during his presentation speech for Best Hip-Hop Video..... :1orglaugh

then after 50 cent and tony yayo performed, tony yayo called him "fat boy" and "chunky fat fuck" at the end of his performance with 50 cent, before yelling, "fuck Fat Joe" a few times. MTV censors then rushed to cut out the rest of his obscenities-laden rant, cutting to commercials. the tensions continued for the remainder of the show, with audience members yelling obscenities, screaming g-unit in unison, and booing during lulls in the proceedings... :1orglaugh

i saw a small part i think it was on mtv base, a uk rnb mtv channel (also hiphop but i never saw hiphop on there, just the poppy fucked up rnb)

Anyway, it was a rerun or something and i saw the 50 and yayo performance and 50% was cut out. I HATE uk and US channels for this dickless censoring shit, especially lately its really getting on my nerves.

When u hear 50 say "i dont give a f" followed by a beep or a totally silent moment, it emphasizes the damn cursing, it doesnt hide it. So stop beeping shit away goddamnit.
