my uncle and cousin are now missing....
 

We had it arranged to pick up my uncle and some other family out of NO tommrow.

They had a contact number at a shelter they where at. They are no longer at that area

If they were already in a shelter the odds are good they were simply transported to another location - there has been a lot of shelter movement based on what ive seen online/tv.
