TGP type page design
 

I can't even draw a straight line in photoshop lol...so I need a very simple page design, NOTHING fancy, maybe from someone who does TGP designs.
Looking for it in the next couple of hours, with immediate paypal - anyone hanging around who has a few minutes right now? I don't care if it's just something changed around from one of your templates, it doesn't have to be anything wonderful lol
