What IF ?? - A Bush administration question.
 

I was thinking how badly Bush seems to be fucking up the coordination of the current disaster -

What IF: this was a Nuke from Al Qaeda in a major USA city - I tend to think that the responses from the highest levels would have been much faster, larger and overwhelming.

What is the state of Louisana actually had a disaster response plan in place which anticipated catastrophic disasters like this? Texas seemed to step up to the plate with the Astrodome pretty quick - that's because Texas has a disaster response plan if Galveston ever gets nailed by a Cat. 4 or 5 hurricane.

I agree if anything blame the state of Louisana they have known for a very long time this could happen. So why did they not have a disaster response plan in place like the state of Texas? :(

actually, i'd think response would be slower...

BTW, if you think Bush is personally responsible for coordinating disaster relief, you give way too much responsibility to that office.

Definitely the states fault, the governor should be arrested for negligence.
