So when will Vigilante justice start in NO?
 

Its a matter of time before the good people down there have enough of the looting and start to shoot the looters and thugs roaming the streets. Its going to get ugly down there, uglier than it is already. Im wondering when the local good ole boys are going to start taking them out sniper style, its just a matter for time.

someone will climb a tower for sure...but i doubt more then one
