When Is Thehun Going To Start Selling Submit Passes?

Will he ever?

How much would you pay for a hun monthly submit pass? (1 gallery every 3 days, guaranteed review only, not a guaranteed listing)

I bet he'd sell out even at $500/month each.

Sosa 08-31-2005 09:13 PM

I doubt he would do that.

pornguy 08-31-2005 09:14 PM

He may, you never know. We get about 2 a month listed with him anyway.,

SomeCreep 08-31-2005 09:14 PM

Speaking of Thehun, I havent seen Patrick post on GFY in like 20 years.

wedouglas 08-31-2005 09:15 PM

why would you pay 500 for a pass when you could buy 10 spots in the top 15 for like 2000?

If he sold passes, which I highly doubt he will, I wouldnt pay more than $50. I've just paid $85 for AL4A/Worldsex and have yet to get a gallery listed. I used to get listing all the time before they started selling passes. I'm guessing he sells too many passes :2 cents:

Rice_Master 08-31-2005 09:18 PM

Ray would be all over his ass.

Martin 08-31-2005 09:19 PM

Someone might not have $2000 to spend, but might have $500. You might not be willing to pay more than $50, but I'd bet a newbie's life, thehun would still sell out at $500/month.

wedouglas 08-31-2005 09:27 PM

if you cant affor dto invest 2000 in a gauranteed spot, how can you afford to spend 500 on chance?

Hmm, you'd have to ask that to the gallery submitters paying $500+ total for their monthly submit passes. I'm assuming there are many.

VeriSexy 08-31-2005 10:35 PM

Don't think the guy will stoop so low.

$5 submissions 08-31-2005 10:37 PM

Even at $1000 a month pay to play Im sure he'd still have to put people on a waiting list. IMHO.

bringer 08-31-2005 10:40 PM

when will people stop talking about what thehun should do and get back to work? theres a thread just like this every month

GTS Mark 08-31-2005 10:49 PM

Damn those submitpasses would sell like hotcakes! :)

If there were 10 sites like Pink World that sold for $49 each, I'd buy them. Unfortunately there arent that many that sell limited numbers. I dont know the exact numbers on all the submit pass sites, but I have a suspicsion that a lot of them sell way more than they list daily.

I do know PW sells a limited amount to ensure that people get listed enough. This should be common practice.

Due 08-31-2005 11:01 PM

There is 3 months waiting list to buy a banner spots and around 6 months for top gallery spots.
Offcourse people will be interested in buying submit passes.

Due 08-31-2005 11:05 PM

I doubt he will do it though.
Thehun already review all galleries to list only the best quality, so you wouldnt gain anything from paying for it.
He could sell a "priority service" that give you a review within 3 days or something and a extra "priority service with feedback" that give you a review within 3 days and then feedback on what can be improved on the gallery in case it is declined

Dalai lama 08-31-2005 11:35 PM

The hun doesnt like changes.

Correct. He doesnt like change and he's also not greedy. He knows there are 5 million ways in which he could cash in on his surfers and make big bling bling, but he thinks in the long term. The way Thehun runs his site reminds me of the old adage, "if it aint broke, dont fix it".

phonesex 09-01-2005 12:14 AM

I love thehun.com!!

True. Although pay to play or modified pay to play may be really good opportunities, it all boils down to each site's particular outlook.

HUN is the man :thumbsup :thumbsup

He is losing big money but it's his choice.

He has a different attitude than other TGP owners.

you're right, mabye you could contact him and offer him tgp consultation for a small fee, since you seem to know much more about running successful tgps than him.

I am saying the same what f.e Sleazy Dream said so why do't you debate it with him?

Fact is The Hun could be making more money than he is making now, and it wouldnt have much negative long term impact.

He has like 80 spots daily, now he sells like 20.

He could be selling more than he is now, but still require certain variety in the galleries accepted. Or ppl would be paying for each submitted gallery to be reviewed etc. There're lots of possibilities.
