    Any runs on gas stations where you live?

    Driving home around 7:00 tonight, and people are waiting in huge lines for gas at every station along my way. The right lanes leading up to some stations were backed up for two and three blocks.

    I saw on the news that people were doing that in Atlanta.. I guessed that when people here saw that they would freak and do the same thing.. Sure enough.

    This is in Charlotte, North Carolina.. it's crazy.

    BTW - at 7:00, prices were already over $3.00 - I think regular was around $3.10 per gallon.

    Creating a false demand will just cause prices to rise faster.

              I justed wanted to pull in and grab a pack of smokes.. fuck that.. people were obviously angry and frustrated.

              I'm gonna walk down to a close station.. wonder if it's still packed.

                  Actually yes..It went down to 1.01 a litre or about 4 bucks a gallon today

                      only stations here like that were the stations that were 20-30 cheaper than everyone else.

                          It was crazy where I was driving in Orlando tonite.
                          Prices went up from 10 cents to 40 cents at some fuckers
                          .

                              My local gas station is now out of gas - maybe I should just call it a station LOL

                                  we had lines yesterday when gas was $2.69 a gallon (right before the prices went up) but at $3 a gallon, theres hardly anyone at the gas stations today.
