You work for the DoJ and somehow know who's going to get investigated and who isn't?
Do you refuse to buy car insurance because you figure that thieves will just target your vehicle? Do you refuse to buy medical insurance because it attracts disease? Do you refuse to have a driver's licence because you figure the cops will just use it to accuse you of a crime you didn't commit?
By all means run down the Free Speech Coalition's good work here. After all, perhaps becoming a test case for the DoJ in this area will serve as a novel marketing move for your professional advancement.
