Does anyone know if they have an office in Canada or the States. Whois shows office in Jamacia. I have questions regarding my account. I have called the support number and get an answering service. My emails have gone unaswered for weeks.

The reps are more than polite, but that has not produced a response from seachsearch.com.

Answering service says they only communicate to them via email. Did want my call back number. They just wanted my screen name.

that is strange...well good luck on getting some answer from them...heheh
