NOLA shut down for at least 4 months????
 

DAMN!!!!!!!!! Thats insane... Its going to be 100% flooded.. And shut down no one allowed back for at least 4 months....

This is so sad.....

I still don't understand how they can clean up after this. All that disease and bacteria.

well first.. if they can FIANLLY block off the 2 breaks in the dikes
least will stop the flooding into the city
and maybe help divert the water elsewhere
