Should Tax Payers foot the bill for Katrina?

Their choice building a city in 'Hurricane Alley'. Why should americans pay for these geological clusterfucks?

Well if you think like that I guess no should live in the lower Eastern side of the United States.. And of course no one should live in any of the states that border the Gulf.. you know Texas, LO, Florida, and so on..

So where do you live? I'm sure we can find some reason that dumb morons shouldn't live were you are at. Earthquakes maybe? Fires? Tornado's? Floods?

in that case they should move about half of the people out of the Bay Area of California, and that's not counting all the people that live in the Delta. After all most of them live on land that has been filled in.
