Investing $50k into porn or a house?
 

Lets say you had $50,000.

Would it be smarter to invest into a house or porn?

My guess is I can make 10X more in porn.

you're doing on both sides, but easier to profit from property.

I would submit galleries to mgp/tgp sites and buy top spots on the biggest sites at first. Then maybe give p2p a shot.

Seems like people dont have much faith in the porn industry. Obviously its hard to loose in Real Estate these days but ROI is too slow.

housing market in the US is risky at the moment. The rates are going up and up..

With the way Real Estate is gonna go in the next couple years I would maybe say Adult would be a wiser choice. But only if ya got the experience to handle it.
