Is it usually difficult for you? You should drink more water and eat more fibre. All Bran physillium fibre is the best..... you can mix it with cereal, or cottage cheese, or yogurt of whatever flavour you want... adds a nice crunch. :) I eat it for the purpose of eating enough fibre and protein, and low fat.
