DarkJedi 08-30-2005 12:53 PM

alexg 08-30-2005 12:57 PM

50% genetics
30% lots of workout
20% protein, and other diet related shit

Bernie. 08-30-2005 12:57 PM

protein drinks and about 2000 hours of working out maybe.

but if you take horse steroids, 2-3 weeks you'll be there.

i'd stay away from steroids...people i know do 'em...they all turned into disfunctional robots.....i ran into a steroid-users' forum the other day, read what those freaks write on there...it's crazy shit.....their immune system and liver is totally fucked up...

Pilforgod 08-30-2005 01:10 PM

Impeccable diet, 3-4 hours of cardio and weights (intense weights), and yup genetics. I can work out 3 hours a day 7 days a week and I'd always be a beefy muscle head, not cut like that at all =)

pussyluver 08-30-2005 01:12 PM

Yep, no way in hell will I evel look like that. Ya know some girls are turned on by man boobs.

True that, the shit is just wrong and I find it pathetic that the idiots taking the shit have to use it to get the build they want.

work out every day, no matter how fucking boring it gets. I used to work at Gold's Gym when I was in my early 20's and got pretty cut. Not like this guy, but I was looking good.

It was a goddam pain in the ass, I can't think of anything more boring than spending 90 minutes pushing weight up and down every day. I do BJJ now, I have a little gut and my face usually looks a little banged up but I'm 10x more powerful and feel 10x better than I did when I was just lifting weights.

Weekly shots of the following:
500MG Deca Durabolin
500MG Test Cyp

Daily Doses:
24mg Anavar daily
6 IU HGH

Work out 5 days a week, and watch your diet.

Within 2 to 3 months you'll look like that.

I can't handle the dieting. I love to eat.

Way off.

5% genetics

Dunno about the 2 to 3 months. You should have a solid base before you even consider drugs. For most people except for the most genetically gifted that would be 4-5 years of consistent drug free excercise.

To anybody who thinks they can take a shortcut with the roids, it ain't so. Juice or no juice, still have to suffer in the gym like a bitch & keep your diet 100% clean.

Dead on! I've been that cut once in my life, and it was pure agony. Watching what I eat, cardio, sleep, etc.

I'd rather be strong, feel good, and be happy.

EroticySteve 08-30-2005 02:19 PM

Not that I take his advice, I'm lazy and fat but my brother is a personal trainer who does some one on ones with prominent people. He says that it's less genetics than it is diet and discipline.

You can also check out www.bodyforlife.com those results are real.

The one time I got that cut was when I was doing the body for life challenge, back in 97. :thumbsup

I go to 9% bodyfat in 90 days at 215lbs. But it took *alot* of work.

Rice_Master 08-30-2005 02:22 PM

Getting a body like that is easy, keeping it is another story.

punker barbie 08-30-2005 03:14 PM

Once you know what body type you're working with (genetics), the percentages would change.

Example, a big guy who puts on muscle easily, but also carries a lot of fat needs to work out hard initially & build up the muscle. Adding diet & cardio into the mix later on will lean him out & he'll be able to maintain his look with a lighter maintenance diet & training schedule.

A really thin guy that has next to no body fat will have a much tougher time ever getting to that size. Years of weight training, protein supplements etc. Diet is important here too, but mostly just consuming more protein & calories, rather than the first guy trying to get cut.

It's not all that mysterious or difficult. Just go to a personal trainer and have him set you up with a workout schedule and stick with it. That's pretty much all there is to it. If you get to a certain point and absolutely can't gain any more weight you can skip the roids and use Creatine, which will pack on pounds and let you break thru to the next level pretty quickly.

This kind of body isn't a roid body, he's lean and cut, not massive and bulky. Roids are for guys who want to get HUGE - unnaturally huge. I mean you can use them to get this kind of body but you definitely don't have to. The problem with lifting weights is that A. it's mind-numbingly dull and B. it's not real strength. I've rolled with guys who are roughly my weight but all muscled out and cut up and they're no stronger on the mat. There's a difference between muscle you get grappling and muscle you get on a weight bench. Sculpted muscle can help a little but the guys who have real crazy strength usually have a pot belly, big meaty shoulders and a wide back. Big pecs aren't very useful except to get bitches.

So true! I can't help but laugh at some of my guy friends who trash talk UFC fighters. Just because they don't look huge & cut doesn't mean they won't kick your ass.

Steen2 08-30-2005 05:22 PM

Hmmm...
I eat nothing, drink red bull and go to the gym 3 times/week for 60 mins on a good week.

It ain't working for me :(

Rob 08-30-2005 05:23 PM

Winstrol.

Steen2 08-30-2005 05:24 PM

Looking at bodyforlife.com success stories:

I would go 70 percent genetics but your close. I knew a guy he looked close to that with a six pack and he did nothing and ate crap most of the time.
This myth nice bodies mean hard work and clean diets. I worked with jack shacks girls they had smokin bodies the biggest a size 2 and they ate like men going to the electric chair. lol

Hollywood Horwitz 08-30-2005 05:41 PM

i have to agree, its easy for some peeps, theres mos def some genetics involved in getting ripped, however anyone can get toned..
