Question: Epassporte without Creditcard ?
 

Does somebody knows if I can give an epassporte accoutn to a webmaster which doesn't have a CreditCard?

Can he order a Epassporte Card with the money that is in his account?

you can open a gift account for everyone... But if she/he wants to upload money into it, she/he will need credit card, or ask you to transfer money from your pass to his/her :)

affiliate accounts can create accounts for affiliates

as I know, the answer is yes. They can get VISA Electron, without any problem.

Thats what I want to do , I want to provide an affiliate with an account, he doesn't have a CC but wants to cash out his money

Adult Webmaster Empire can open and epassporte account for you for free and with ATM visa electron card.

Its no problem an affiliate account works just the same with or without an CC attached only thing he can't do is load his account.
Just need to make sure that there is $35 in the account for the Electron card :)

And that's an annual fee. :thumbsup

talking of Epassporte I withdrew some money today, just feels so good earning money over the internet & withdrawing the $$$$$ without hassle.
