Peaches 08-30-2005 07:29 AM

My power went out when the 2nd half was being TiVo'd last night so I have to wait until the 8th to try again :( First half was amazing though and I've heard the 2nd half is even better. Bizarre how many chances we had to nail these people :(

Even I make a typo now and again. Just goes to show that no one is perfect.

MY HDTV crapped out as well - how wierd is that? I just happened to be up when it was coming on and got to watch it -- otherwise I would have missed it.

Whoever corrected me on the title was right -- it was "Inside 9/11" -- I guess I had it mixed up with "Behind the Music" -- lol.

flirty 08-30-2005 03:06 PM

bhutocracy 08-30-2005 04:36 PM

evelknievel 09-01-2005 09:10 AM

bump to find that as well....

download for the "Inside 9/11" show anyone?

directfiesta 09-01-2005 09:12 AM

Have it on vhs ... will maybe do do divx of it for you guys.

AcidMax 09-01-2005 09:17 AM

It is a very good documentary. I even downloaded the 9-11 recordings from the FDNY so that my children and others in my family could hear the voices of the brave men and women who served on the day and lost their lives. It is a very touching documentary. You can donate to many of the firefighters families by buying bracelets with their company or name on it at http://www.thebravest.com (not my site just an fdny site). Proceeds go to the children of the fallen firefighters.

nada soo far :disgust

muckers 09-03-2005 04:25 PM

Hi I'm new - I found this topic in Google when trying to find the torrent for this program. I've tried all the torrent sites I know, and www.uknova.com refuse to host it because it's a US-original show and is out on DVD in a few weeks. I've also checked other P2P sites/programs such as eMule and Limewire, and no luck.

That would truly be awesome - there are loads of people not only here (by the looks of things) but in loads of other Bitorrent communities looking for this. You'd be a saviour! :thumbsup

tranza 09-03-2005 05:52 PM

:1orglaugh

Since it's being shown on UK's National Geographic as well (tonight, 9pm for 3 hours, and tomorrow 9pm for 2 hours) they might put it on DVD for over here.

Oh and check eBay too. I saw a home-made DVD of this on there, albeit for a little bit more, but it's available now because the seller recorded it off his TV.

EDIT: That's it - I'm fresh out of ideas. I've checked all the P2P programmes I know, all the bitorrent sites I know, and all the site with eDonkey2k links that I know of (and it's alot) and *nothing* has come up. :Oh crap

I was going to get some relatives to tape it for me tonight and tomorrow, but they're going away. :(

Save us directfiesta, you're our only hope. [/Princess Leia]

Why doesn't he come out of hiding so we can give him that pleasure?

Typical politician. He says one thing and does something else.

Trixie Racer 09-04-2005 09:22 AM

Thanks for the link. I'm going to buy the DVD.

muckers 09-04-2005 09:29 AM

Just checked Usenet and it's not on there. :(

Oh well, I guess we'll have to hope that some people grab the repeats, or grab the UK version which airs tonight and concludes tomorrow.

I'm getting someone to tape the UK repeats for me, during next week. Unfortunately, I don't have a TV card so I can't upload it - if I could, I would people. :thumbsup

TheSenator 09-04-2005 09:51 AM

bump.... The truth will prevail.

Just thrown in the tapes ... no fucking sound ... I hadn't recorded VHS since I installed a FTA receiver in my office ... so image no sound is worth nothing ... :(

Too bad, I also had a Bush parody from Jay Leno that was funny as hell ...

muckers 09-04-2005 10:34 AM

Aww damn. :(

Just as well I'm getting it taped for me. Will see if I can find someone to do a rip for me.

Dirty Dane 09-04-2005 01:02 PM

I would like to buy this documentary, and if its on air in UK now, Im sure it will be available soon on DVD here :thumbsup

muckers 09-05-2005 02:52 AM

For those still looking for a download, go to www.bitsoup.org and sign up - they have it all there. 1.46GB for the whole 4 hours isn't half bad.

bhutocracy 09-11-2005 03:30 AM

Ha.. we're not so far behind as I thought - all four hours are on right now in Australia on Pay tv/national geographic. Was going to try and hook my machine up to record it but don't have the right capture card for cable - doh!

pradaboy 09-11-2005 04:50 AM

hrm hope we will get that doc here in NL too
