Epassporte - you sir should read business 101!

SO, 2 years back i setup a business account with the above mentioned company.....sole reason back then was to use them for online processing which they said they were GREAT at!
Accepting visa/peer to peer you name it...

OK, 1 month and tons of time/paper later im setup "6 months later my electron card got here"......

I then find out that a business account with them besically cant be used for SHIT.....nothing was mentioned of this "no not in the contract either"....
i asked them, WHY would you ever suggest a business account then?
Answer: thats mainly to pay your employees....WHAT
peer to peer transfers within their OWN system is not even possible!

OK, back to current date!!!!!
A client calls me and the only way he can pay is thru epassporte....ok i call epassporte and this time im told that peer to peer is possible now, noooo problem.....
ok so i jump thru a few loops etc etc and 4 hours later find out that its still noit possible (the first guy cleerly had no clue what he talked about)

Thanks for waisting my time with your lame ass system :321GFY

P.S. thats not all but the rest is not for the public

if epass was 1/10th of paypal it would be good. Those fucking load fees are an absolute joke. Not to mention noone outside the adult spectrum uses epass

It doesn't make ANY sense why they would do that, business account should be able to do all that personal account can do plus more.

Business accounts may accept payments from Personal accounts, through ePPurchase. You have to set that up on your site using an API that we provide. We have hundreds of merchants doing thousands of transactions every day. Whatever happened on your account I don?t know. However, I can help. Email me your Business account user name and I will research your issue.

Cash 08-30-2005 01:25 PM

For me epass has always worked (I have a personal account).

pornguy 08-30-2005 02:41 PM

I only use them to take payment from sponsors, and that is it.

split_joel 08-30-2005 02:46 PM

I dont know what ePPurchase is but you would think they would tell me what this is.....i got a straight answer "sorry it cant be done"!

Epassporte isnt that bad, its just that alot of reps there dont know what they are saying and the internal company language is confusing.

If you want to mimic the functions of PayPal get a personal account.

If you want to run an affiliate system, process payments, be a real merchant, accept online orders automatically, then get a business account.

Problem solved.

Oh, lastly, the two arent interchangeable so decide which one is for you before hand. I got a business and personal account and only use the personal because I just need it as a substitute for paypal nothing more.

:thumbsup

Unless the orders are from other epass accounts LOL

Radiate 08-30-2005 03:52 PM

yeah I really wish they would sort things out

the system needs to be improved significantly, it's a total pain in the arse that a business account can't receive payments from personal
