For a sex personals / adult dating site that only shows a couple nipples and a touch of ass in the graphic design of the site ...... do 2257 precautions need to be taken?

What about if naked member photos are allowed ? Does this fall under the 2257 clause that allows it ?

What about if hardcore photos are allowed? Does this fall under the 2257 clause that allows it ?
