I have the same problem as several months ago when i tried it for the first time. Im not getting any downloads. Im sharing tons of files, big movies. but it looks like noone is able to download them. I guess its an isp or firewall thing or something.
|
I share 9340939090 mp3 files. :winkwink:

i doubt someone wants to tell you a way to make big earnings on p2p.
if you know how the technology works, its very simple. if you have the servers, and know how to make the media clickable, and when the media closes to load the websites. and to brand the media. you can go from there. its just knowing the tech side. i know for one am not opening my mouth about it. certain things when you find a secret about traffic generators you keep quiet about. if you know how to do it at low overhead costs, rather than going to gts at 10k a shot. what would you rather do? makes sense doesnt it? |
DH's services offer clickable banner on top of the video ... and he has his own sharing software that probably connects to all the other ones and spam the shit out of the file when people search for it ... or something like that . He's workign with a big hosting compagny too... so his solution is very viable

Guys this is not hard, all it takes is some common sense.
About me posting details, i was just mad then. I helped once by making that thread and it bit me in the ass. Wont be happning again. :1orglaugh p2pads is still stupid btw. |

I would caution you about the childish insults and slanderous comments about p2pads that you continue to include in your posts. This is the last time I will warn you publicly, our legal department is already aware of your attempts to hurt our sales by saying bad things about our service whenever a thread about us is active. Considering you have never tried our service you have ABSOLUTELY no data to back up your claims about us. You seem to think you are helping YOUR p2p traffic by attacking us in the hopes of scaring away potential clients. Do whatever you want with YOUR business but leave ours alone. If you don?t have anything nice to say don?t say anything at all. |

Now this is just getting absurd. He just said that he wouldn't be giving out any info and you threaten him for voicing his opinion? Fuck you. :thumbsup |
This is you're thread? Why are you bringing this back up for? :1orglaugh
What are you going to come sue me for saying the word "stupid"? Good luck with that. Im done with it, seriously. |

I think it was pretty stupid for them to open their mouths about this. Now every body and his brother is going to flood the p2p and kill the traffic source. I wasn't doing it at the moment but I had a pretty good system I had in mind that I think would have done great.
I can't understand why people open their loud mouths about traffic sources and kill it for everyone else. The best thing they could have done with that P2p program would have been to contacted specific companies privately about advertising on it and not post shit like that on GFY so another traffic source get polluted by 50 billion people. If you have a traffic source keep your dumb ass mouth shut about it. |

Normally, when a traffic source is posted on gfy, 90% of the money is made already from there. |

It will work ONLY with a real big volume. And you need a custum software as well , its not a easy task. |

Quoting myself from another thread: Quote:

Well setting up the movies, drm protected and getting a popup when people play it is like 15 mins work. Getting big volume downloads isnt :/

Adding a clickable banner on top of a video is really easy. I will give you a hint... (Flash) I also made my own killer p2p client in C# a few moons ago. Hell I'm even part owner of a big hosting comapny. Seem like this DH guy and I have lots in common. |

I thought about doing this but have no knowledge on the topic. Would it help if I programmed a Gnutella bot. Have it log in numerous accounts and share the same files across numerous usernames?

I have been doing this for a long time, in fact I wrote about it on XBIZ over 2 years ago.
http://www.xbiz.com/search_results.p...&Submit=Search Lot of things has changed in the past 2 years but concepts are same. The hardest part in P2P is getting file density so when a user search for "milf" your movie shows up on top. It?s like SEO, lot of tricks, custom software, a lot of servers (one of my clients got over 1000 servers) and a lot of Class C IP space. All my P2P work these days are done for main stream clients because the money is more on the other side of the fence. I may write another article about my experience on P2P marketing for AVN or XBiz on this subject if there is much interest Jay CTO www.objectcube.com |
