I love good customer service!
 

I bought a Bose surround sound system last month and had a problem with it
over the weekend. Called their customer service today and they were like "ship
it back to us via FedEx using our FedEx number and we'll FedEx overnight you
a replacement for delivery tomorrow morning"! Now that's what I call tak'n
care of peoples :thumbsup
