my 2 cents too, I can do that with Neat in 1 secs. Or in PS by hand in 30 secs.

Correct.. Quality of thumbs depends on quality of gallery..

Again, all thumbs are manually cropped and filtered (saturation, levels, brightness) in PS, without any additional plugin or external sotware..
