I too am having issues with both my accounts. Hang in there, I am sure all will be fine in due time.

We are not having any issues that I can find that would give you this error, unless your account is b locked. Please email me directly and I will have someone look at your account.

I had the same problem about week ago, so I just reseted my password (they sent you new pass to e-mail),and logged with new ;]

They are doing system upgrades :) Try logging in, in about 30mins or so...That is what Rick said from Customer Service.
