Do they experience problems?
I can't login to my account

They should have live chat support on the site,
If u mail them u get a reply from a robot..

I get a reply from a robot if I try to contact them..
Mails from outside epassporte's private email system get a robot reply

"You have successfully logged in to your Personal ePassporte account!"

My SkyPE Pc is upstairs,
can someone call them and report the problem?

I just logged in a hour ago, was working fine.

I just logged in without an issues.

I cannot log in too for the same reason.
It was OK yesterday.

I'm having issues, too. I trust it will be resolved soon..I just hope our cards are accepted while they are fixing it, lol.

I too am having issues with both my accounts. Hang in there, I am sure all will be fine in due time.

We are not having any issues that I can find that would give you this error, unless your account is b locked. Please email me directly and I will have someone look at your account.

I just fired off an email to you regarding my accounts. I do think that there is a bug somewhere because I have spoken to several people that cannot login that were logged in just a couple of hours ago...Either way, I await your reply.

I had the same problem about week ago, so I just reseted my password (they sent you new pass to e-mail),and logged with new ;]

They are doing system upgrades :) Try logging in, in about 30mins or so...That is what Rick said from Customer Service.

We are looking at the accounts affected that have emailed me. I will post the results ASAP.
