Using google as my default seach engine I come across this page

When typing in "google" in my address bar.

Typing in "sex: I come across this page

http://sex-spot.com/

Typing in "car"

http://www.caranddriver.com/

jacket

http://jacketmagazine.com/

The vast majority I try goes right to the Google search pages.

For example "music"

Anyway, what is the deal with this exactly?

the same results you get are what you'd get "supposedly" if you hit the "I Feel Lucky" button from Google search

And that "I feel lucky" being the very first listing in the search index.
