Honestly, in his situation ... I probably would have done the same.
It would depend on how long he had to go in for, and if there was the possibility of probation etc.

But jail is jail ... you take your chances and try to stay out. You guys cant tell me you wouldent?

I would think it couldn't have been that bad of a charge since no guns were drawn and obviously no back up.

seems like a traffic violation, he had warrants for something else, but who cares, he is a dirty savage.

I think that guy had a chance against any cop.... he was pretty big and that sucker shot was a good one, a male might have taken the blow better, maybe not.... either way he got a good clean hit and enough time to get on top and do alot of damage
