Ive been away from the adult biz for quite a few months. I am in the process of setting up a new server and uploading all my old work. In the meantime, I am trying to get caught up on the 2257 stuff.

Can someone provide me with a quick and accurate update on the laws and/or pending laws? (and yes I am using the search and looking through old posts as we speak)

I read on another board that apparently it is ok to show nudity and not be required to keep docs now, as long as there is not actual sex being shown. Is this true? In this case should I still be linking to the sponsors 2257 or doesnt it matter?

I mostly work with nonnude and softcore stuff as it is but I want to be sure I am in the clear before I get back to work.
