Autogallery SQL

I just installed it and I have set these permissions as follows:
Global Submissions Per Day:100
Submissions Per Person:100
Daily Approval Limit:
so why does it say "We are not accepting any more new gallery submissions today.
Please come back tomorrow to submit your gallery"???

Perhaps I should explains abit more it says "We are not accepting any more new gallery submissions today.
Please come back tomorrow to submit your gallery" even though It has not reached its limit

yeah I know its the first time Iv used it and what im saying is with all the permisions set it still throws up an error message sayin its maxed out on submissions for the day when it shouldnt because the permisions are set different

has anyone else seen this happen with theres?
