Actually in real life it would be too low for a broker. But I am not a pro broker, so must look at it as a finders fee. In that case it is just fine. I think finders fees are typical at 3%.

Any serious bidders would contact Trey directly. Let's be real about this. It's a small industry. Most of the players know each other or at least about each other.

You are correct...everything sells for a price...and he IS serious....sometimes its just TIME to get out...the money is no longer enough to keep you in it...
