Yes and yes considering most trading is done on 100:1 - 200:1 margin.

I've been going for about 2 weeks, up 8k on one account, up 4k on another and down 4k on my third account. There is a shitload of money to be made there if you get good, but it isn't all that easy to constantly pick winners.
