It is supposed to help webmasters determine the indexing of the site and maybe also backlinks. Sounds promising.

n/m found it. Its yahoo's new Advanced Backlinks Checker and Site Index information Tool.

Copying google though.

haha , just noticed a blatant false advertising ..

Search Submit:
- Guaranteed inclusion in Yahoo! Search index.
- Frequent refresh-every 48 hours.
- Reporting to track and optimize performance.
- Ranking based on relevance.

"guaranteed inclusion" ? hmm never heard of any search engine that guarantees inclusion...

Then when you go to the site

http://searchmarketing.yahoo.com/srchsb/sse.php?mkt=us

Through Search Submit Express you can submit your listings for consideration to appear in algorithmic search results powered by the Yahoo! search engine

hmm that sounds more like the truth...
