im fucking mad as hell right now a lot of sites including mine are down !!! particularly sites hosted at isprime and a few other hosts. do you guys have any idea of the cause of the downtime ?

its down since ~5:30am due an Verio network problem at the NY data center - they are working on it and i hope its fixed soon - you don´t have to call ISprime etc. since its not in their hands at the moment - they do their best to get it running :(

justsexxx - wait till its fixed and move to them then - a host without any downtime isn´t on earth and you can be sure that you will be in safe hands with isprime - alexs and denis staff is top regarding that. the current downtime (the first one i see this year) isn´t their fault.

i write to slow - its back up :thumbsup - now you can move and don´t expect any further downtime - if they had often downtimes or usual downtimes at all not that amount of high traffic sites would be with them

That post was very unprofessional. As far I can see no one is switching hosts in this thread so there is no need to spam. I am not surprised someone tired but I always thought candid hosting was better then that. I guess I was wrong.

There was downtime between 5:30am and 8:00am on the east coast we where very much aware of this problem. We are dealing with this issue right now. If any customers have questions please contact me on icq I will be glad to answer them.

Weren't sites hosted with you down for hours about a month ago and no one could get through to your tech department; where were those redundant bandwidth providers then.

no offense but after my dealings with candid while working at big sponsor program - no thanx. we could never get in touch with anyone who had access to our servers, except in the middle of the nite cuz thats when he worked... our mirroring was fucked up... our freehosting was fucked up... and nobody had a fucking clue about anything. maybe theyve changed. hope so...

Common sense would dictate that if your site converts at 1:500 after the first 5000 hits you would have contacted me and I could have done something then but 1 month after the campaign ended my hands were tied.

Did you even check your links to see if they were working properly?

It seems to be working for me.

And it is converting at 1:131 so far today so I assume it is working for other people too.
