Going to start on another solo site, and after that will need to take on an employee
 

would any smaller program like to share a fulltime employee? Since i won't have enough things for them to do the whole time...

like i said, the first sign of return on investment is when i'm going to make my move to start expanding with more solo sites.. have a couple prospects i'm taking profile shots of this coming week, i'll share pics when i take them... but yah... time to expand :winkwink:

Why not hire someone part time?

for the same price as it would cost me, it would be better to go halfers with someone who will be fulltime who can do what i need when i need it done during business hours, as opposed to having to wait a day or 2 before i can ask him to do something :2 cents:
