if you looked it appears to free, although you might get spammail so not sure if that really makes it free.

No.. and it's not mandatory..

No credit card asked for, and no credit card required.

The resource is for coolness.com webmasters... I'm just building a sumbit area for them... etc etc... not an auto submit.. just a resource section.

I believe the listing on coolness.com is free, but you will also get a listing on whereisthechicken.com which will cost $9.95/month and be cross billed at theaxeissharp.com for a further $49.95/month .... recurring for your benefit
