Ok so I am buying this domain, I agreed on the price 1.5 months ago, we did sign in to Escrow, the money was sent, but Escrow changed bank accounts in the meantime so the wire got returned and it took 3 weeks for it to get back to me.

Anyway, its been resent, and arrived to Escrow two weeks ago, the seller then tells me he has to go away for 5 days and we should finalize this transaction when he comes back, I agree to it, cause after waiting 4 weeks because of a returned wire, I can easily wait 5 more days.. anyway... he said he will be back on August 15th, I emailed him 3 times since then and Escrow emailed him too and complete silence.... although we oroginally exchanged like 20 emails about this domain purchase and he sounded very serious.

It looks like sth happened to him, I hope he's not dead :uhoh

yeah, I have $15k frozen in Escrow and can't do anything :/

I'd cancel this transaction but I obviously want this domain, if I didn't, I wouldnt be buying it in the first place

True, but I wouldn't name right now either. Some hacker that reads GFY would try to steal it for grins or pull a scam.

Sounds dead to me...

a mainstream domain, just to make money on a parking page from the typos... and that I can say that not 100% of my income is from adult

anyway, with each day of delay I am losing money now, not to mention the fact that I don't know what's going on
