Just wanted to give everyone here a heads up that we are looking to hire another technical support person at Too Much Media. If anyone is in the New Jersey area and is interested please e-mail your resume to albright.toomuchmedia/com

This would be a full time salary based in office position and includes health insurance paid 100% (Aetna), lunch paid for daily, and a number of other benefits.

We are NOT looking for someone to work remotely and we are NOT interested in out sourcing companies. The level of quality we strive for can not be maintained with these solutions.

We will be pursing a candidate via normal means also, I just wanted to give anyone on here or reading here a heads up.

So far, your support team has been top notch with me....and I'm just a noob with your program....they should all get bonuses answering some of my questions.

You should hire some other PR fellas too, as I seen how productive your other guy is... a lot of fun to watch on video getting punk'd by the rest of the industry, but nonetheless non-productive. So it seems anyway...

Get some programmers and web designers too.
I visited the site and seems strange that the companies wbpage only has 2 scripts one of which has absolutely no description or even a clue on the site what it does or what it is used for, just a download link.

and the other is somehow said to be the "best top notch" affiliate software on the planet. But where does it come from, where did the programmers come from, how can they build such a "great" script with no other scripts related to the industry... nothing in fact that seems even remotely related to the industry... except the fact that it is a script, has a domain, and is served from a webhost of some sort. Only relations I can see.

We ARE the most widely used affiliate software out there.

I'm pretty sure I have more experience in the adult industry than you do (since '97) and I'm sure my partner does (quite possibly since before you were even born).

Just so you know that I do have a clue, or at least a little one.

I have explored the demo, every last feature... took me a few hours just poking around. I like the software and may even consider purchasing it some time in the future. This is what led me to do further research to see what other great stuff you offer, and well I was disappointed... to say the least. NATS = YES the rest = ???

You'll be happy to know that we are working on it right now.

NATS itself is a large enough product to support an entire company. We wouldn't NEED to offer other products however we will very soon. You don't need to offer 100 different software products to be viable. A few very good, very well supported products will work much better in the end.

Why do you feel we need to offer other things? What does offering a lot of products possibly say about anything?

I just find it a bit strange that a company with virtually no history, suddenly creates the bombest affiliate script around... figured I would find at least some beta stuff or some sort of information about the one other software program that company offers...

It may sound like I am "hating" but if you look at the wide picture, I am more or less saying Kudos to you for being able to introduce such a great product to an industry that barely knows what you do. Even if you have been in the industry since 97, it is weird to visit the site of a developer that owns the affiliate software world at this point, not have any other software or very little info about the company and it's software aside from that one bomb ass script..

I hope your opinion of outsourcing companies is not based on indian/asian countries.

Canada has a lot of good outsourcing companies and the level 1 technical support are very highly qualified. Your only going to save like 20% off the cost of doing it in house but the people will have the necessary skill level.
