Ok, so I backordered a domain from Snapnames - Please Help!

And noone else was bidding on it, so there was no auction. It was "acquiring the Domain" for a while in the status window and then suddenly it said they failed to acquire it.

From what I can tell, the domain has'nt been picked up and the whois information is blank or not found.

How can I go about grabbing this domain?

It expired yesterday btw.

or another backorder aquired the domain first.

Or a failed release by the registrar or record if it the second there are ways to get the domain.
