Windows XP data recovery/cloning?

Hey,

Does anyone have any experience cloning an install on a disk with bad blocks? I tried using g4u, but it wouldn't ignore the bad blocks and move onto the next. Is anyone familiar with this type of operation? The system is Windows XP Home.

first do a lowlevel format of the bad harddrive and mark the bad blokcs.
