You know.... The gas prices aint Bush's fault....
Clinton let big oil go un-regulated for so long. What we need is more refineries which should of been put into motion when Clinton was in office.
So in essence it aint really Bush's fault. More like clinton with a lil bit of china thown in... |

I'm quite lost in that chart. well, bush or Clinton, I guess they are of the same company.

awhhh it's not that bad. I don't know how true it is though. Plus it doesn't reflect the currrent all time high even in constant 2004 dollars. |
and here all this time I thought gas prices starting going up about the time the war started?
|
The only thing you can blame is supply and demand. The third world is catching up and so is their thirst for oil. Oil reserves are going down at the same time. It's not rocket science. Expect $100 per barrel in the next year and $200 per barrel in the next 5.

In short it`s China`s fault. China was major oil exporter in 80`s and now is
major importer. |
hes still a fuck tard

even 3th world hunger is bush to blame!

More important is that it doesnt reflect the cost of gas at the pump - when the prices for crude oil went to their high in the 70s the cost at the pump for refined gas was still lower - although if you adjusted it for inflation the price was the equivalent of about $3 a gallon - we just didnt have the psychological effect because we were actually paying about $1.25 a gallon then and of course you couldnt just go and buy gas - it was rationed so that you had to wait in line on certain days to fill up your tank - something they ought to be doing now but the SUV lovers wouldnt stand for it Back when it hit those highs is also when the era of the Japanese cars started coming into the US - before that it was very rare to see a Datsun or Toyota and the other companies out there now didnt even exist |
