exotic would definitely be thai/.../.sitr fry? or do you want a really good plate i had at a thai p[lace last week.....thin cut tender steak pieces....carne asada like....get a nice batter ....deep fry it ,,,,crunchy.....on top of steamed cauliflower.....( ihate cauli, but i liekd this) ....all on top of some nice peanut sauce......
